Meet the Chef

Ken Deiner

Chef Ken Deiner's culinary odyssey began at a very youthful age.  Working in family owned restaurants as a child, Chef literally grew up in the kitchen.  His journey began the day he finished schooling and ventured into the temples of Manhattan Fine Dinning.  Ken maintained a seven-day work schedule that he still holds sacred today.

 

When Chef Deiner takes on operating a new project, he operates it as though he's creating a new world.  He takes his expertise to the extent of rising in the early morning hours to rush to the markets of New York or Philadelphia.  This is where he begins to hand select the freshest of Seafood, Meats, and Produce that are available.

 

Chef's credentials include:  The Old Homestead, Acappella, L'orto of Manhattan, Capriccio, The River House of New Jersey, and New York Prime, of Boca Raton, Fl.

 

Having completed his journey, Chef Deiner has now returned to his roots of New Jersey. To offer fine dinning and superb dishes to his clientele with such dishes as: 

  • Buffalo di Mozzarella,
  • Jumbo Lump Crab cake
  • Day Boat Scallops
  • Chilean Sea Bass with a lobster saffron enriched risotto
  • Plank of Wild Salmon
